Job Title: Senior .NET Core Programmer
Job Type: 12 Months + Possible Extension
Location: Remote (Physically present in Canada + EST Time Zone)
We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Core Programmer for one of our direct client. Great team and company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand and use existing data/datamodel and create new datamodel, data layer for eCommerce Website
• Perform backoffice integrations.
• Develop large-scale web/database applications, lift-n-shift applications
• Create backend and frontend APIs
• Develop scalable solutions with performance and security in mind
• Develop solutions that are maintainable and scalable
• Take ownership and guide other team members
• Self-starter, motivated, quick-learner, disciplined and able to work independently
• Collaborate closely with team members in an agile environment
• Strong communication skills
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years software development and/or Architect experience
• 5+ years hands-on .NET Core experience
• Hands-on Experience in: C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web Services, SQL/T-SQL/Stored Procedures, .NET Core
• Experience working with data, data modeling, Backoffice integrations
• Front-End experience is an asset (React, Next.js etc)
• Experience with CMS (Sitecore/Contentful/Contentstack/EPI Server, optimizely) desired
• Experience and knowledge of Headless CMS desired
• Experience with cloud technology (MS Azure preferred)
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, DevOps
• Mobile development experience a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer service oriented
• Bilingual an asset
